To get started, simply email us with information about the item you'd like to consign. Be sure to include the brand, model, condition, and clear photos showing all angles—front, back, interior, tags, and any noticeable wear. If you have original packaging, receipts, or authentication, let us know! The more details we have, the better we can evaluate your item.

2. We Review and Approve

Once we receive your email, our team will review your submission. If your item meets our quality standards—it’s authentic, gently used, and in line with the brands we accept—we’ll approve it for consignment. We'll reply with an estimated resale value and answer any questions you might have before moving forward.

3. Send Us Your Gems: We’ll Take It From Here

After approval, we’ll email you with drop-off instructions if you're local, or shipping info if you’re sending your item in. Once we receive it, we’ll confirm everything has arrived safely and your item is officially in our care.

4. We Handle the Sale

Now it’s our time to shine! We’ll photograph your item, write a listing, and market it across our selling platforms. We handle all communication, promotion, and buyer inquiries—so you can sit back and relax while we work to find your item a new home.

5. You Get Paid

When your item sells, we’ll notify you right away with the sale details. Payouts are processed monthly via your preferred payment method. If your item doesn’t sell within the agreed time frame, we’ll reach out with options—like adjusting the price, extending the listing, or returning the item to you.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of consignment and the uniqueness of our items, all sales are final. We encourage you to review item details and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, we’re happy to help before you commit—because once it’s yours, it’s really yours.
